Earl Rush has been dancing Salsa since 1994 and been teaching since 1999 He has taught at the DC Salsa Congress, New York Salsa Congress, The Hotlanta Salsa Congress, The Philadlephia Salsa Fest , Th Baltimore Salsa Fest , The DC Bachata Congress and all the Major Universities in the DC Metro area .
